You can close your Skrill wallet at any time at no cost.

To close your skrill account, follow this steps below –

1. logging into your account. 

2. Go to Settings from the account.

3. then go to Account Settings from the settings menu.

4. Click on Account Status from the Account settings

5. Now click on  >> Close Account.

If you can follow all this steps, you account will be successfully closed. You can re-active your account if you want.
